\n本研究では多職種との連携・協働が必要な管理栄養士を目指す学生の看取りや高齢者のエンドオブライフケアの授業前後の認識を明らかにする。 \n研究方法 \nA大学の1年次学生24名にエンドオブライフケアや看取りに関する「家庭看護」の授業の前後に無記名自記式質問紙調査を行った。 \n結果 \n看取りについて家族間で話し合った経験があるのは8.3%のみであり、同年代の人と比べて、看取りの話し合いの機会をもてていなかった。しかし、授業後には「家族と自身の介護や看取りについて考えてみようと思った」と全員が回答し、授業が家族と自身の介護や看取りを考えるきっかけとなったと考えられた。\n結論 \n【本人の意思に寄り添う】ことが授業後の印象として残っていた。その人の意思に沿った支援を行うためにも、エンドオブライフケアを含む介護や看取りについて学ぶ機会を設けることは重要であると考える。
